Wire Bird Guard

Our Bird Guards protect your nesting bees and their offspring from hungry birds. The mesh opening is ¾ inch just the right size for allowing mason and leafcutter bees to fly through unimpeded.

Select a Bird Guard to match the bee home you have ordered.

To install, just spread the sides enough to slip over the edges of the bee home which will provide a pressure fit. Keep the mesh a minimum of 1 inch from the front of the nesting holes.

Install when the bees are actively nesting and holes are starting to be sealed off at the entrance.
